If you have any concerns or feedback, we encourage you to let us know. You are welcome to speak with your doctor, our Practice Manager, or a member of our reception team.

If you prefer, you may write to us or use the suggestion box located at the reception desk. You can also fill out the online complaints/feedback form. We take all concerns, suggestions, and complaints seriously and value your feedback.

If we are unable to resolve the issue it is your right to take the matter to an independent board. The independent board is through AHPRA and the complaints number is 1300 419 495.
