Our Practice

Our philosophy is to treat patients as we would wish to be treated ourselves – with expertise, care, professionalism, respect and discretion in every aspect of our practice.

Consultations are by appointment only.

Book a Consultation

All procedures require a referral from your doctor or optometrist. For cosmetic procedures you will have an initial and then a follow up consultation to ensure that you and your surgeon are both satisfied that any questions are answered to your full satisfaction, and all the required information is clearly understood.

We realise that your time is valuable and we aim to run our consulting sessions to time. From time to time however unexpected delays can occur. This is one of the reasons as much information as possible is obtained at your initial telephone call for an appointment.

This helps our staff to allocate the appropriate time to your consultation. Call our friendly staff on 08 8353 6768 to discuss your needs. Consultation requests or enquiries can also be made after hours with our easy and secure online forms.

Consulting and surgical hours.

The Western Eyecare consulting rooms are open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and closed public holidays. If you would like to make an enquiry after hours please call 08 8353 6768 or use our online enquiry form. Some surgical procedures can be performed as day surgery in our consulting rooms, while others are performed at the Western Hospital, The Memorial Hospital or Adelaide Day Surgery. These options are discussed on a case by case basis, as well as requirement for overnight admissions.
